Monday, October 22nd...

Wow.. what a view.. As I was folding laundry I watched the latest Oprah. If you didn't have the privilege of catching today's show, I highly recommend reading about it online. It will be life changing. I sit & I watch this woman, Kris Carr, in awe of her perspective, her hope.. She's truly an amazing human being. She has been given the worst news one could ever face from a health and living stand point, but yet she has turned it completely upside down, and has become the strongest that she has ever been. It is truly amazing to hear her story.. It really puts our thoughts & priorities into perspective..

Priorities.. Saturday we did something we rarely do, and to be honest, I think I will make a habit of more often! We laid around, didn't rush to get showered and out the door, and just enjoyed our time together. Erik & I cuddled in bed, laughed, watched tv, until we heard the little footsteps of Miss Kaylor, who upon seeing what were were "busy" doing, joined us. These really are the best moments in life!.. (And fyi, our kittens are spoiled rotten!... Note they are cuddled on the bed w/ Erik & Kaylor...)










And this one is just too hysterical not to share.. It's from a couple of months ago when we first got the babies.. How funny, huh!??
